Please note that only individuals located in the United States are eligible to participate.

Who Controls Your Data:

Giggly Squad and Acast are joint controllers of your personal information for this campaign. Acast owns and manages this site (gigglystylehotline.com). This means that both Giggly Squad and Acast are involved in deciding how your data is used.

What Information We Collect | When you participate, we collect the following information:

• Your audio file

• Your first name

• Your last name

• Your email address

• Your city & state

• Your age range

How We Use Your Information | We collect this information for the following purposes:

To consider your story or question for potential inclusion in Giggly Squad bonus episodes.

Publicity and Content Use:

By submitting an audio file, you grant Giggly Squad permission to potentially feature your first name and/or your voice recording in a future Giggly Squad bonus episode. This use is not guaranteed.

Data Sharing:

We will not share your individual personal information with any third parties. For internal reporting and campaign analysis with our partners (like Depop), we may share aggregated, anonymized data which does not identify you personally.

Data Retention:

We will retain your personal information for up to 30 days after the end of this campaign. After this period, all personal information will be securely deleted.

Your Rights:
